It does not cover a mortgage application. The Apply Now button takes you to USA Mortgage's own secure application system, and anything you enter there is collected and protected by DAS Acquisition Company, LLC under its own privacy policy. That policy also contains the federal privacy notice that applies to loan customers and the California privacy rights information.
What This Site Collects
The Realtor Resources form asks for your first name and email address. Your last name, phone number, brokerage, what you are marketing next and a few details about your project are optional. Whatever you type is saved, and nothing more is collected about you through the form.
Please do not type a Social Security number, date of birth, bank account number or other sensitive financial details into any form on this site. Those belong in the secure application, not in a message.
Beyond a form, this site keeps only the standard server records every website keeps automatically, such as which pages were requested and basic technical details about the request. It does not run advertising pixels, analytics tags or heatmaps, and it does not use cookies to follow you around. Your browser may remember a light or dark display choice on your own device, and that choice is never sent anywhere. If any of this changes, this page will be updated first.
Who Receives It
This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps it running and online. When you submit a form, your information is sent to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system Leah uses to keep track of messages and follow up. Both are service providers acting on Leah's behalf, not companies that use your information for their own purposes.
Your information is never sold or traded to third parties. It may be disclosed if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
How It Is Used
Leah uses what you send to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about it. If you share a phone number, she may call you about what you asked. She may send a follow-up email about your inquiry, and you can ask her to stop at any time. Your information is not used to build a profile of you for advertising on other websites.
Text Messages
The forms on this site do not sign you up for text messages. A phone number entered on a form is used for calls and email only, and it is saved with text messages switched off. Leah will not text you unless you have separately agreed to it.
Your Choices
You can ask what information Leah has on file for you from this website, ask her to correct it, or ask her to delete it, using the contact details below. Leah keeps a message's information on file unless you ask her to remove it, and any request to delete it from this website's records will be honored. Records connected to a loan application are held by USA Mortgage and are kept as the law and its policy require.
